Instagram for skincare brands

How to build trust, show results, and sell

Let’s be honest, the skincare world is crowded. New brands launch every week, trends change, and everyone is promising the next “glow-up solution”.

But here’s the good news- if your skincare brand actually helps people, the social media can be your biggest asset.

The problem most skincare brands face? They focus too much on the product and not the people.

Your audience doesn’t want to know what you sell, they want to know who its for and why it matters.

Want to stand out on Instagram?

  1. Tell transformation stories: who have you helped? Real people, real results (UGC is your best friend to build trust here!)

  2. Break down your ingredients: Educate your followers about this very overwhelming skincare world!

  3. Talk to one person, not everyone: Don’t say “Our moisturisers are for all skin types”, target your people by saying “Is your skin dry by midday? This is for you then..” Don’t be so broad.

  4. Create a vibe: Are you holistic and vegan? Luxe and minimalistic? Loud and fun? Show us.

Instagram isn’t all about aesthetics- make sure it reflects how powerful your skincare truly is.
