5 common mistakes wellness brands make

Instagram is one of the most powerful for wellness brands- but only when you use it intentionally. If you’re using Instagram and not seeing any results, you’re probably falling into one of these common traps.

Inconsistent posting and branding: your posting should be regular (2-3x per week min), and should feel cohesive and aligned with your vibe.
Only posting promos: people don’t want to be sold to all the time. They want to connect, learn, and feel inspired.
Lack of storytelling: A major thing I learned durng my degree, is that a consumer loves a story. Why did you start your business?
No captions that invite engagement: Ask questions, prompt conversations, and speak directly to your client.
No clear call-to-action (CTA): Every post should guide people to “Book now” or “Send us a DM”
