Educate your audience about ways to take care of themselves, treatments they should get, or what will work best for them. Be open to speaking to your audience and answering questions.

Don’t forget, the first 3 seconds are the most important to grab your viewers attention- so make it count!

Most viewers aren’t looking for a viral star, they’re looking for someone who builds a safe space for them to feel inspired to take care of themselves. Showing up in a relaxed way on reels can help build that trust.
